Pleasant Valley Botanicals and Twin Star Herbal Education will be presenting a workshop at the CT NOFA (Northeast Organic Farmers' Association) Winter Conference on March 11, 2017, "Introduction to Growing and Using Medicinal and Culinary Herbs". This session covers some of our favorite medicinal and culinary herbs to grow in CT. Focus is on basic growing information, traditional uses of these herbs, and incorporating herbs into one's diet and lifestyle or overall well-being. We will highlight herbs that are pollinator friendly and fairly easy to grow. For more information or to register: CT NOFA
